Welcome to FleetWorx! We’re excited to go on this journey with you in putting your fleet to work in capturing data from customers who have already engaged with your branded vehicles!

Below you can access resources to support you in getting up and running with your new data capture beacons.

Install Instructions

Getting up and running with your new FleetWorx beacons is as easy as 1-2-3! 

Follow these steps to install your beacons and start capturing MAIDs:

Turn Off vehicle

Before you begin installing your beacons, ensure the vehicle is turned off.

locate the obd port

Find the on-board diagnostics (OBD) port in your vehicle where the beacon will plug into. Most often this is located beneath the steering wheel.

insert the beacon into the obd port

If there is already a device plugged into the OBD port, use the included splitter to connect both devices. If using a splitter, secure the cords with a zip tie under the dashboard to keep them organized and out of the way.

YOU’RE DONE! Your beacon is now installed and ready to capture MAIDs data while out on the road.

GPS Services are provided through our partners at FleetUp.

To get started using this included service, login to your FleetUp account HERE with the username and password provided in your onboarding kit. 

Once logged in on desktop, you will be prompted to update your password for your account. You can then download the FleetUp mobile app and log in to access FleetUp on any device.

Once installed, there will be a testing period to confirm data is being collected properly from the beacons. Once confirmed, MAIDs data will be delivered weekly from data@fleetworx.us as a raw data file.

Working with a Marketing Coach at BxB Media: A BDR Company? Good news! The data will be automatically sent to your coach to be incorporated in your advertising campaigns.

Working with another agency? We can send the data file directly to your agency as well.

1.Is FleetWorx legal?

Yes. Mobile Ad IDs are non-user defined. Users opt in to share their data when they download apps.

2. Is it hard to set up the beacons?

Not at all. Setup is as simple as plugging in a lamp. Step-by-step instructions are included on the “Install Instructions” tab of this page.

3. What if I already have a device plugged into my diagnostic port?

No problem. We provide splitters at no additional cost so multiple devices can be plugged in simultaneously.

4. Can I adjust the number of beacons I have?

Yes, beacon quantities can be scaled as your fleet grows. Need to add more beacons? Contact sales@fleetworx.us 

5. Do you run ad campaigns with this data for me?

No. FleetWorx only provides the audience data. We don’t run the ad campaigns or build the creative used to retarget the audience. However, we partner directly with BxB Media | A BDR Company to help you run campaigns with this enhanced targeting if you don’t already have internal marketing resources or an agency partnership.

6. How is data delivered?

After testing, data is delivered weekly to you or your agency in CSV file format. These files can be uploaded directly to platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc to build digital ad campaigns.
